Cozy Flat in Struisbaai is a fully equipped self catering upstairs apartment that accommodates up to three guests. Guests have their own entrance with a staircase that leads up to the apartment. The flat is situated at the end of a keyhole cul-de-sac, in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. This accommodation is the ideal cosy space for a family with one older child or for three adults. Just a 5 minute drive from the Struisbaai main beach, shops, and harbour and to Agulhas with its famous lighthouse and nature reserve. People that struggle with stairs will not find this flat suitable since it is not on the ground floor.

The small, comfortable kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, an electric pan and a working surface with basin. There is also a table with three chairs. The sliding door from the kitchenette leads out onto the outdoor balcony. On the wooden balcony there is a table with chairs to enjoy those marvellous summer evenings with a sundowner. There is also a fold-up washing line to hang out wet towels or bathing suits. The beautiful Struisbaai main beach is the main attraction in this Cape Agulhas area. Another good place to visit would be the harbour, where you might even see the famous sting-rays.

           

Cozy Flat Self Catering Apartment Guest Bedrooms
This Struisbaai self catering flat consists of two guest bedrooms. The main bedroom is suitable for a couple. It has a standard double bed with bedside tables with a reading lamp on each, a chest of drawers and a good size wardrobe. The bedroom opens onto the outdoor balcony with sliding doors. The second bedroom is for one person only, has a single bed, bedside table with a reading lamp and a chest of drawers. There is also a sea view from this room. The neat and comfortable bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand wash basin.

A 50% deposit is required, before arrival, to secure your booking for this Struisbaai accommodation
Outstanding balance is payable just before arrival or at check-in
Check-in time is from about 2:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am, unless otherwise arranged
Minimum stay of 2 nights and over long weekends there is a minimum 3 night stay
During Peak Season there is a 10 to 14 day minimum stay
No smoking, parties or events are allowed
This accommodation in unfortunately not suitable for pets

Cancellation Policy for Cozy Flat Struisbaai Self Catering Accommodation
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the flat for the same period.
