Struisbaai self catering accommodation establishment, Latter Rain Cottage is a charming self-catering cottage, and is the perfect place for a getaway to Struisbaai. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the picturesque Langezandt Fisherman’s Village, the cottage is a short distance from a white sandy beach. The cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the loft room contains 2 single beds. Access to the loft is via a steep ladder and is suitable for kids 4 years and older. These 2 rooms share a bathroom which is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. From the main cottage, there is no direct access to the 4th bedroom, it has it's own private access and contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy L-shapes couch, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.

The fully walled enclosed back garden offers a warm outdoor shower, and there is plenty of secure off-street parking. The area is ideal for children to ride their bikes and have fun with their friends.

Cancellation Policy for Latter Rain Accommodation in Struisbaai
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the room/s for the same period.
