À La Mer L´Agulhas Self Catering Accommodation

À La Mer (French for "At the Sea"), is a Cape Agulhas self catering accommodation holiday apartment, which is owned and managed by Alwyn and Corrie Smit. Corrie is fluent in Afrikaans, Dutch, English and German whilst Alwyn is fluent in Afrikaans and English and has a very good understanding of Dutch and German. 

Our Cape Agulhas accommodation consists of a main bedroom with a double bed and queen size bed linen, a shower that forms part of the main bedroom, with a separate guest toilet and basin, and a brand new double bed futon. The kitchen includes a large fridge with plenty of freezer space, a microwave, kettle and toaster, a free standing four plate stove with oven, crockery, cutlery and glasses for six people, and a dining room table that can seat four guests comfortably. Coffee, tea and basic spices are provided. Also included is a free standing circular braai and outside table and chairs and for entertainment there is full Dstv for guests. The cottage also has a wall safe for guest valuables. A newly built interlock patio and braai facilities have recently been added to this comfortable holiday apartment. A wooden table with fixed benches, extra table and four chairs provide enough seating space to entertain visitors. Free wi-fi is available for guests.

There is no minimum nights stay
Check-in time 2:00pm and check-out 10:00am South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged
A 50% deposit is required, before arrival, to secure your booking
Outstanding balance is payable just before arrival.

Cancellation Policy for À La Mer Self Catering Cottage in L´Agulhas
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
