You are responsible for any liability that may arise as a result of any double booking or your failure to honour any booking for any reason. GoTo Struisbaai is entitled to charge the full commission on the total booking rate, which you fail to honour.
In the event of an establishment taking a double booking, or failure to honour a booking, the establishment will seek to relocate customers to another similar establishment on our website. You undertake to pay any difference in the cost of the stay together with any reasonably necessary associated costs, including without limitation any transport costs required.
GoTo Struisbaai acts merely as an advertising medium for accommodation establishments, and therefore accepts no responsibility for conditions or bookings made. GoTo Struisbaai is merely facilitating the transaction between the customer and the establishment and as such we are unable to assume any liability due to monies or payments transferred to establishments and owners of establishments, if such monies are not returned to guests. As such any recourse will need to be sought against the establishment or establishment owners themselves and GoTo Struisbaai disclaims any liability or responsibility in this regard.
