12 on Golf flat is situated in Golf Street in L´Agulhas and is the ideal break away holiday destination in Cape Agulhas for a couple. This flat is all open-plan with the entrance through a sliding door into the braai/dining area. There is an indoor braai, two-seater couch, an easy chair, small dining table with 3 chairs to enjoy your breakfast and other meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for a weekend or couple of days away. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, two-plate stove, fridge/freezer, micro oven and enough pots and pans are provided for your convenience.

The comfortable double bed is just off the kitchenette and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is an extra single bed suitable for a third person. A good sized dressing table, and bedside tables with reading lamps, form part of the furniture in this room. An inside door leads into the hallway of the main house with a large wardrobe for your clothes. The hallway will be closed off from the main house when guests are there. It also provides that needed space for suitcases and travelling bags. There is a small patio in front of the flat with a lovely rock garden. A two-seater wooden bench rounds off the outdoor surrounds.

This is a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the fresh air and stunning views of the ocean and lighthouse. On the main drive way is sufficient parking for your vehicle. This Cape Agulhas self catering flat is in walking distance from all local amenities such as the Friendly Grocer, some art galleries, a number of restaurants, the lighthouse and the tidal pools. Due to the rocky shoreline, guests would have to drive to the nearest beaches. All linen and towels are also provided.

Check-in time is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am, unless otherwise arranged
Minimum stay of 2 nights and over long weekends there is a minimum 3 night stay
During Peak Season there is a 10 to 14 day minimum stay

Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the flat for the same period
