27 on Shannon in L´Agulhas

This Self-catering house in Agulhas is a comfortable home for up to six guests. The house is on one level throughout on an elevated plot with high ceilings giving the house a spacious feel in the bedrooms and open plan living areas. The balcony has a sweeping view of the ocean, and the house has a special balance of sea views from the living rooms and mountain views from the front of the house. The entrance leads directly into the living area with the fully fitted kitchen being slightly enclosed although still open enough to the living room to be part of the company while cooking.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, gas top stove/electric oven, microwave, juicer, Nespresso machine and plenty of cupboards containing all the utensil’s you might need. There is a separate dining room table that seats eight guests which overlooks an informal lounge area which is opposite the seating for the inside braai. There is Wi-Fi and guests can connect to the TV and stream from your individual online accounts. The bedrooms all have bedside tables and bedside reading lamps as well as full length mirrors and built in cupboards. The bedroom closest to the front door has a double bed and gets the early morning light. The full bathroom, bath and shower is opposite all three bedrooms, including the en-suite.

The Main bedroom has a queen size bed with slight sea views and is en-suite to a shower, toilet, basin. The other bedroom is at the end of the passage, this room has a extra length king size bed and French doors leading to the frontage that has outside table and chairs perfect for enjoying  your morning coffee in the sunshine. 

Agulhas has got two tidal pools and plenty of walking paths next to the ocean. The sea is about a five-minute walk from the house and restaurants and shops are a little bit further than the ocean. 27 on Shannon is pet friendly by arrangement.

Outstanding balance is payable just before arrival.
Check-in time is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am, unless otherwise arranged
Minimum stay of 2 nights and over long weekends there is a minimum 3 night stay
During Peak Season there is a 10 to 14 day minimum stay

Cancellation Policy for 27 on Shannon in L´Agulhas
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the flat for the same period.
