Annie's Flat is a comfortable one-bedroom flat in an exceptionally large and peaceful garden. It is the bottom part of a house with entrances on opposite sides of the building offering complete privacy to the flat. This Struisbaai self catering accommodation is only 500m from the swimming beach and 200m from the shops and restaurants. It is ideal for two people or a family of four. The bedroom has a double bed and the lounge and kitchen area has two divans which are used as a sitting area during the day, but can be used as extra beds. The bathroom consists of a toilet, washbasin and shower.

The flat is fully equipped with bedding, two towels per person, a TV which can accept DStv if you bring your own decoder, a two-plate stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, coffee and tea facilities, and all the necessary utensils. There is a covered patio with a portable braai right in front of the flat and lower down in the garden is another beautiful braai area. Although Annie´s Flat is a self catering accommodation establishment, located in Struisbaai South Africa, breakfast can be arranged for guests, at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
Where cancellation occurs:
On arrival or during the stay - the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
0 - 14 days before arrival, no show - the full deposit paid may be retained.
15 - 28 days before arrival - 75% (seventy five percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
28 days or more before arrival - 50% (fifty percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
