Erika Struisbaai Self Catering Accommodation Holiday Home

Erika is a comfortable home comprising of a very large lounge, dining and entertainment area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms. The bedrooms have beautiful sea views, as Erika is situated a mere 500 m from the main beach. It is approximately 200 m from shops, churches, and restaurants and is within walking distance from all amenities as well as Struisbaai's quaint harbour. This Struisbaai accommodation self catering house is built on a slope, with the main entrance on the ground level on one side of the building, and the sea-facing part of the house on a double-storey level with balcony. The large garden is protected against the elements by Milkwood trees and natural fynbos, as well as two lovely braai areas. Right underneath Erika, there are 2 flats, Annie’s flat and Fagans, which can be rented separately or with Erika.

The main bedroom comprises of twin beds and en-suite shower, while the second bedroom has three single beds and access to a separate bathroom with separate toilet. The third bedroom also has two single beds and shares with the second bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided. The exceptionally large lounge/dining room has a D/B sleeper couch, which can be used for kids, while enjoying the lounge area which is ideal for relaxing with family or friends, or to just and gaze out at the sea. During the winter months, guests are able to enjoy a cosy fire in the evenings or on rainy days. Erika's large fynbos garden is protected by indigenous milkwood trees and invites various birds as well as the occasional tortoise or buck. Breakfasts can also be arranged upon request of making the booking. In addition, we offer a service whereby we stock the basic groceries for your self-catering accommodation in Struisbaai, at a cost payable upon arrival. A list of grocery options will be sent to guests upon request of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Where cancellation occurs:
On arrival or during the stay - the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
0 - 14 days before arrival, no show - the full deposit paid may be retained.
15 - 28 days before arrival - 75% (seventy five percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
28 days or more before arrival - 50% (fifty percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
