Langsaan is a rare find in Struisbaai: a private coastal retreat set right across the road from the seaside green belt, so you get open views, sea air and an easy, unhurried walk to the swimming beach and nearby shops.

The house has a wonderful flow that makes the location feel part of the stay, with glass sliding doors from the king-size en-suite bedroom, the lounge and the second bedroom opening onto the sea-facing side. It’s the kind of place where you wake up to bright light and salty breezes, spend your days on the beach or exploring the coastline and return to a home that still feels calm, spacious and connected to the outdoors.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area keeps everyone together, whether you’re cooking, chatting or settling in for a relaxed evening. There’s a built-in bar with stools for sundowners, comfy seating for slow mornings and a TV plus fibre Wi-Fi when you want to switch off or stay connected.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for eight and everything you need for self-catering, with a separate scullery that adds real holiday ease thanks to the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Langsaan can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests in three separate bedrooms with a king size Main bedroom and two bathrooms for the guests. To round it off, the back garden is fully walled and sheltered from the wind, with a built-in braai pit that’s made for long, relaxed evenings after a day in the sun.
