Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the postcard-pretty Langezandt Fisherman’s Village, you’re a relaxed 10-minute stroll from wide white sand and sea air, then back home to a calm, private space built for holiday living.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge makes it simple to cook, eat and reconnect together, with a full self-catering setup (including dishwasher) and a dining table that seats everyone comfortably.

Sink into the L-shaped sofa after a day out, light the indoor fireplace on cooler evenings, and enjoy the convenience of smart TV streaming when you fancy a slower night in. Outdoors, the fully walled garden is made for summer days with a warm outdoor shower for sandy feet plus a wood or charcoal braai for long, unhurried meals under the sky.

Sleeping is generous for up to eight guests across four bedrooms, including a main king room with en-suite plus a separate, privately accessed fourth king en-suite room that’s ideal for grandparents, another couple or anyone who enjoys a little extra independence.

The loft room adds a fun, flexible option for kids (accessed via a steep ladder and best for children aged 4+), and there’s secure off-street parking so arrivals and day trips stay stress-free.

You’re also well placed for great seafood spots like Agulhas seafoods and Habour cafe, handy local shops for supplies, and an easy drive to L’Agulhas to stand at the southern tip of Africa where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet.

Cancellation Policy for Latter Rain Accommodation in Struisbaai
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the room/s for the same period.
