Seagulls Seasong is a spacious holiday house just 10 minutes walking distance to the main beach. The main house can accommodate six guests and another two guests in an outside rustic flatlet. Through the kitchen, towards the back of the house, there is a large enclosed braai and entertainment area, which is spacious enough to entertain friends and family and has a table and enough chairs for your comfort. This accommodation in Struisbaai provides safe, off-street parking for guest vehicles and there is ample garden space for children to run around. Seagulls Seasong is the ideal holiday accommodation for a family with small children or teenagers.

The main entrance from the balcony leads into a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The lounge is comfortably furnished with enough seating space for all the guests and a television screen fixed to the wall. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs to seat eight guests. A DSTV Access package is available with 50 channels, as well as limited WiFi. The kitchen is very well equipped with crockery and cutlery for eight guests. It consists of a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all other amenities for a comfortable stay. It has a kitchen nook for seven guests to be seated comfortably for breakfast times. There is also a laundry area with facilities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house consists of one bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and shower. However, there is another separate toilet.

Seagulls Seasong in Struisbaai has three good sized guest bedrooms. The main bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps and a good sized wardrobe, has a stunning sea view. The large second bedroom also has a sea view. This bedroom has one single and one three-quarter bed and bedside tables with reading lamps. It also consists of a wardrobe and a small table with two chairs. The third bedroom has two single beds, a side table with bedside lamp, wardrobe and wall unit. There is also a fourth rustic bedroom outside the main house. This outside guest room sleeps two extra guests and is ideal for teenage children. It consists of two three-quarter beds, a wardrobe and small wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and shower for the convenience of the guests.

A 50% deposit is required, before arrival, to secure your booking for Seagulls Seasong house
Balance of payment is due seven days before arrival
Check in time is from 02:00pm, excluding Peak Seasons (December/January and Easter) when it is from 16:00.
Departure time is 10:00 am except for weekends and Public Holidays when it is before 16:00
An administration fee of R600 is charged for stays 7 days and longer
A breakage deposit may apply and damages would need to be paid for on guest departure
No pets are allowed

Cancellation Policy for Seagulls Seasong Self Catering Accommodation in Struisbaai
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the house for the same period.
