Tuscan Sun self-catering accommodation is ideal for a weekend break away! It is attached to a private Tuscan styled home, with stairs leading up to the most beautiful view from your private patio.The lounge has a built-in braai / fireplace which you can enjoy, come rain or sunshine. Or just relax on the comfortable couches with the view across the Indian Ocean. 

The main bedroom has a queen size bed with ample cupboard space and another private patio. The open plan kitchen / living area has cane lounge suit and two single bed sleeper couches. In total, it can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. The living space also has a dining room table. The modern appliances in the kitchen offers everything you might need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is fully equipped with gas top hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and top freezer, with crockery and cutlery for 6 guests. The flat screen television is connected to the Fibre and has Disney+. Separate shower, toilet and basin to share.

All linen is provided, please supply own beach towels. Laundry services available in town or on request out of season. Situated in Oceanview Heights, Tuscan Place is very private and surrounded by nature. You can be at the beach within minutes, with Spookdraai hiking trail close by. Safe parking is located on site.

Outstanding balance is payable at check-in.
Check-in time is at about 2:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am, unless otherwise arranged
All linen and towels are provided.

Cancellation Policy for Tuscan Sun Apartment in Struisbaai
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the venue for the same period.
