Von Beach is the kind of Struisbaai holiday home that makes group trips feel effortless - beautifully finished, thoughtfully laid out and packed with the extras that turn a weekend away into a proper reset.

Set in the sought-after Langezandt Estate, it gives you a calm, secure coastal base where days can revolve around sun, swims and shared meals, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, the home is ideal for families travelling together or a group of friends. There are four bedrooms plus an open-plan loft room and four bathrooms, so mornings stay smooth even with a full house.

Two king bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms for a more private, grown-up feel, while the remaining rooms offer flexible sleeping with a queen room (also en-suite) plus single beds in the fourth bedroom and loft, perfect for children, teens or friends. Linen and bath towels are provided, so you can arrive light and settle in quickly, while remembering to pack your own beach towels for seaside days.

The heart of Von Beach is its easy, sociable living space. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with a gas stove, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer, along with cutlery, crockery and tea and coffee facilities, and there’s a dishwasher to keep the practical side of holiday life simple. A central dining table seats 10 comfortably and can host up to 12 when needed, making it the natural gathering point for long breakfasts, family-style dinners and late-night chats. The adjacent lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV with streaming services and complimentary Wi-Fi, so you can switch off or stay connected as you please.

Outside is where Von Beach really shines. Spend the day dipping in the private swimming pool, then move to the patio for easy outdoor living with comfortable furniture, a braai for relaxed summer feasts and a pizza oven for nights that everyone will remember.

Cancellation Policy for Von Beach House.
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the unit for the same period.
